Delivery Tips

Ok, so you've found what you want on our website and you want to get it into your hot hands fast. Here's how to do it:

  • If you want the item super quick, enter a business address. This is your best bet to get what you order fast. Use your work address, or your Mum's, or your neighbour's. A business address will ensure the courier gets it to you fast.
  • If you can't use a business address, enter another address and we'll get it to you as soon as possible.
  • Your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Sale during the checkout process automatically provides authority for the courier to leave your package at the delivery address in the event of no-one being present at the time of delivery. In the event your package cannot be delivered on the first attempt, any costs associated with re-delivery will be yours.

Free Delivery Conditions

In most cases, delivery is free in Australia. However if the courier companies consider you remote, we may contact you to discuss delivery fees. This is pretty rare, but can happen if you are a hop, skip and jump from nowhere. If we contact you, you can choose to pay the delivery fee or cancel the order and get a full refund. No hard feelings.

Turnaround

Since we live in a world of instant gratification we know that when you buy something you want it asap. If you are in a capital city and you've provided a business address, you will get your item within 3 business days. We try to reduce this as much as possible.

If you are in a regional area and you've provided a business address you will get your item within 3-5 business days.

If you have not provided a business address, you will get your item within 4-10 business days.

Out of Stock

Our stock levels are constantly fluctuating and although we try to keep it accurate through the use of our stocktake fairies, on rare occasions the part you have ordered will be out of stock. If this occurs, we'll contact you and you can choose to wait it out while we get the stock or cancel the order and get your money back.

Returns

We are here to make your life easier so if you are unsure whether the part is the right one, please contact us to confirm. Providing the part is undamaged, has not been fitted and is in its original packaging, we may process a return for you. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus the original cost of freight and any payment fees (for example Afterpay).  The cost of sending it back to us will lie with you.
