1. Why should I buy parts from Quick Auto Parts?

    We work on cars too so we understand what you want.  We only supply parts that we are happy to fit to our own vehicles so you know you are getting top quality.
  2. I’m in a hurry. How long will it take for me to receive my part?

    Delivery times are dependent on your location and range from 3-7 business days.  Check out the Delivery page for more information.
  3. How do I work out what part I need?

    The most efficient way is to go into the product page (e.g. clutches, towbar kits, etc) and use the filters on the left hand side.  Then check in the description of the part that your vehicle is specified.  
  4. Help! I can’t work out what part I need. How can I verify what I need?

    Email us with what part you need and your VIN, year of manufacture and country of manufacture.  You can find this information on your rego and on the engine plate.  We will advise you on the correct part.
  5. What if my part isn’t listed?

    Please let us know what you are chasing and we will endeavour to source it for you.
  6. What happens if I order the wrong part or change my mind?

    Providing the part is undamaged, has not been fitted and is in its original packaging, we may process a return for you. The refund amount will be the total order amount minus the original cost of freight and any payment fees (for example Afterpay).  The cost of sending it back to us will lie with you.   7. Why can’t I buy direct from the manufacturer?

    Manufacturers only deal with registered retailers. We are proudly your gateway to these parts.
  8. What happens if I have a warranty claim?

    Hopefully this won’t occur.  However, in the event it does please email us with the details.  We will make a claim with the manufacturer of the part on your behalf.  Invoice number and date of purchase is required for this process.  Hopefully we’ll have you sorted and back on track in no time.
  9. I can't be bothered to fit my part.  Can you recommend someone?
