Hino 500 FE 710mm Diesel Particular Filter DPD/DPF

Description

Brand new OEM replacement Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) to suit HINO 500 FE 12.8L. Engines- J07E & FE7J. OEM Part Number- S18500E0A30.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU MEASURE THE CURRENT DPF CORRECTLY (REFER TO IMAGE 1). THERE IS TWO DIFFERENT SIZE DPF’S LISTED A 710MM OR 810MM. This DPF is 710mm long.

This product is designed, developed and tested in Australia exclusively for the AUS and NZ market. The unit has been constructed using high quality Ceramic Catalytic Converter (CAT) and a high-quality Cordierite substrate (DPF) to ensure an OEM standard of efficiency.

A DPF is a filter, if it becomes blocked it’s doing its job. A blocked DPF is a result of an engine fault that should be repaired before fitting a new DPF unit.

Warranty Information

• Warranty claims must be reported immediately. Notification of the problem and the product in question must be sent back within 14 days.
• No warranty will be given for a blocked DPF.
• No warranty will be given if the unit has been tampered with.
• No warranty will be given for failure to diagnose upstream issues causing problems with the product. 
• All products have a 24-month manufacturing warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing failures only. Actual fitting dates must be supplied.
• Submitting a warranty claim: a documented email accompanied by the warranty card, a full diagnostic report and original sales invoice. Copies to be sent with the part in question so a full investigation can be conducted.
